The Needs of the Curlers
Based on the Curling Survey conducted by the group in the fall of 2022, the following needs were identified as top priorities for curlers in Windsor-Essex
- High Quality Ice Surface
- At Least Four Sheets of Ice
- Curling Lounge Space
- On-Site Parking Facilities
- Space to host Bonspiels
- Staffed Bar with Liquor License

This conceptual designs (done by curler Nick Keren) is based on standard size of a regulation curling sheet overlaid on a standard sized recreational arena, similar to the ones found at Capri. Please note, these concept drawings ARE NOT official from the City. These have been provided by the Committee for our members to get an understanding of what the new arena setup could potentially resemble.
